This classic stainless steel E 61 group espresso machine will add distinguished style to every kitchen. With the semi automatic lever group, pre-infusion is possible by moving the lever up approximately 1/2 way for 3 seconds. Then all the way up to activate the pump and activate the brew cycle.
Commercial steam and hot water valves are coupled with stainless steel wands to provide bountiful steam and hot water quickly. Large 2 liter copper boiler coupled to a thermo siphon heat exchanger allows for brewing and steaming milk simultaneously.
