Returns/warranty

RETAIL WARRANTY

  • All espresso machines and grinders have a 1-year parts & labor warranty for manufacturer defects. Wear items are not included.
  • All accessories have a 90-day warranty for manufacturer defects.
  • Warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped within the U.S., unless otherwise noted.
  • Merchandise shipped to international addresses may not be covered under the warranty. Please check with Vaneli’s Espresso Machines, Inc. for warranty coverage prior to purchase.

RETAIL RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Complete Satisfaction

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days from the receipt of the merchandise for an exchange or credit for future purchase. There are no returns on commercial machines or special order items.

Return & Exchange Procedures

  • Contact Vaneli’s via E-mail at sales@vanelis.com to let us know the reason for the return or exchange. Include the part #, and invoice #. We will reply via E-mail with a Return Authorization # and give you the shipping address to return the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
  • Return the merchandise within 30 days of the original receipt of the order in new, resaleable condition. Include a copy of the original invoice and all original packaging materials.
  • Equipment must be clean and free of water and coffee before packing or a 25% “Restocking Charge” will be added.
  • All manuals and warranty cards must be unmarked.
  • All programming of equipment must be returned to factory default settings.
  • Display the Return Authorization # prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your exchange/credit.
  • Ship prepaid, insure it for the purchase price, and keep a copy of your receipt. (Shipping expenses will be credited to you if return is due to our error, defective or damaged equipment).
  • Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good condition and in accordance with the above procedures, we will issue an exchange or credit for future purchase, within 10 business days.

Defective Equipment

  • If you believe your machine to be defective, please call us within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the equipment at 1-866-4vaneli.
  • We can usually determine whether there is a defect or if it is user error.

We will then instruct you how to correct the problem, or where to return the equipment for an immediate replacement.

Shipping Damage

  • Please inspect your package upon receipt.
  • If you notice any shipping damage to the outer box, notify the driver and note the damage when you sign for the package.
  • If you notice shipping damage to the equipment when you open the box, call to report the damage:

  • Please keep all original packaging (boxes, packing materials) for inspection by UPS.
  • For your safety, do not use the damaged equipment.
  • Call Vaneli’s within 5 calendar days at 1-866-4vaneli to report the damage.

We will arrange for an immediate replacement, and give you instructions for return of the damaged items.
